Refund policy
Credit packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of the pack's credits have been used. The refund reverses the whole pack: the pack's credits are removed from your balance. We do not offer partial refunds.
Free credits are not refundable.
Failed generations are refunded automatically.
To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from your account's address with your purchase date.
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
How a refund appears
Payments are processed by Stripe; a purchase and its refund appear on your statement as LINK.COM*.
